Welcome to Tejas Yoga & Ayurveda, a place to address and heal your health challenges naturally and holistically. Whether you're dealing with chronic conditions, emotional stress, or simply feeling out of balance, Ayurveda offers time-tested tools to help you reconnect with your innate vitality and well-being.Ayurveda, the "science of life," views each person as a unique combination of three energies, or doshas—Vata (movement), Pitta (transformation), and Kapha (stability). When these energies are in harmony, we feel our best. When imbalances arise, they can manifest as digestive issues, skin problems, hormonal disruptions, or even emotional difficulties.

I know how powerful this system can be because it transformed my own health. I struggled with severe asthma that conventional medicine could not fully resolve. Ayurveda helped me uncover the root cause of my symptoms and provided tools to heal—not just my body, but my mind and spirit as well. Working with an Ayurvedic Practitioner at the time healed my asthma and expanded my perspective on what medicine is. I began connecting the dots between my meals, my herbs, my sleep, my expended energy and realized that the medicine is in everything we are and everything we do. I have been inspired ever since to explore the depths of Ayurveda and now I am fortunate enough to get to share this practice with my clients.
